2 T. butter
2 T. flour
1 T. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
2 1 lb. cans green beans, drained
crushed Ritz crackers or corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter. Add flour, salt, pepper and sugar. Keep on low heat. Blend in sour cream. Bring to low boil (bubbly). Place green beans and shredded (or very thin strips) Swiss cheese in bowl. Melt cheese with sour cream mixture and add beans then transfer to casserole dish. Add mixture from stove with beans and cheese. Put in buttered casserole. Sprinkle with crushed crackers or corn flakes and drizzle with butter on top. Bake uncovered at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
