1/2 c. chopped fresh basil
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 T fresh lemon juice
1 T extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 cloves garlic minced
1 pkg (3 oz) goat cheese

Directions:

Soften goat cheese by stirring. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and form into a ball.
Refrigerate a minimum of 2 hours. Serve with crackers or toasted French bread slices.
