1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Hellman's mayo
7 slices bacon (cooked and broken into small pieces)
1 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. shredded carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a bowl and refrigerate: sugar, mayo, bacon, and vinegar. Cut stem of broccoli right below flowers and cut flowers into small pieces. Peel the stem, and cut into small pieces. Combine broccoli, chopped onion, and carrots into a bowl. Pour dressing over broccoli and stir. Refrigerate and stir before serving.

If too dry you can make additional sauce with mayo, sugar and vinegar.
