6 Eggs, Slightly Beaten
6 Slices Bread, Cubed
1 lb Sausage, Cooked and Drained
1/2 lb Shredded Longhorn Cheese
1 tsp Dry Mustard
2 Cups Milk

Mix and refrigerate over night. Bake at 350º for one hour.

Charlene was married to my Dads cousin Bill Stingley. She is a great cook and Mom was always getting great recipes from her. When we were kids, Bill and Charlene came to the house quite often they were good friends of my parents as well as relation.
