1/2 Cup Canola oil
6 Tbsp. seasoned rice wine vinegar
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 Cup chopped peanuts
1/4 Cup toasted sesame seeds
1/4 Cup sugar
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for a few weeks.

This is my favorite pasta salad dressing. Or, buy a bag of broccoli slaw and use this for the dressing. It has a sweet/sour Asian flavor, and the peanuts add some crunch. Really tasty and easy!
