CRAZY CAKE
(Auntie Beth’s mom)

2 C sugar
3 C flour
5 T cocoa mix all dry ingredients in baking pan
2 t baking soda
1 t salt

3/4 C salad oil
2 T white vinegar add to dry ingredients mix well with a fork
2 T vanilla bake at 350° for 30-40 min.
2 C cold water

Miracle Fudge Frosting:
Place in sauce pan:
1 oz. Grated chocolate (or 2 T cocoa)
1 C sugar
1/3 evaporated milk
1/4 C oil
1 t vanilla

Place ingredients in a pan, bring to a boil stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute, add 1 tsp vanilla beat until think enough to spread. If too thick to spread add 1 T cream or milk. Nuts may be added if desired
