2 eggs beaten
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup or more chopped nuts
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 20-ounce can of crushed pineapple

Frosting -
8 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 cups confectioner sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together. Bake in greased tube pan or bundt pan at 350º for 40 to 50 minutes.

Mix frosting ingredients together and frost cake when it is completely cooled.
