1 c. light mayonnaise
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
2 T. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4-1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup mashed peaches, mostly drained.

Honey Glazed Pecan:
4 c. pecan halves
1/4 c. honey
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. grated orange zest

Choose salad greens: Boston, Butter, Curly Endive, Watercress, Spinach leaves. Add honey glazed nuts, mandarin oranges strawberries as desired.

Honey Glazed Pecans:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toll all the ingredients together and transfer to greased baking sheet. Bake for 25 min. until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally. Take out of pan immediately and soak pan and spoon. Cool. Store in an airtight container.
