1 envelope onion soup mix
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 cup dry oats (or 2 slices bread)

1 or 1 1/2 cups apricot nectar
1 cup catsup
2 Tbsp horseradish
2 Tbsp mustard
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix meatball ingredients together and make into small balls. Place on cookie sheet. Brown in oven at 400 for 20 minutes. For sauce: blend all ingredients and cook slowly for about 10 minutes before adding to meatballs. Simmer 10-15 minutes.
