8 c. old fashioned rolled oats
1 c. soy flour
1 1/2 c. natural wheat germ
1/2 c. oat bran (or wheat)
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sesame seeds
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 c. soybean oil
2/3 c. honey
3 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 325º.

Stir together all dry ingredients except raisins. Whisk together oil, honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Bake on large cookie sheets for 15-20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes to keep granola evenly browned.

Stir again several times as the mixture cools to prevent it from sticking together. When completely cool, add raisins. Store in an airtight container. Makes 16 cups.
