1 bag frozen tater tots
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 1 can green chili enchilada sauce
1 can cream of cheese soup or 1 small box Velveeta cheese
2 lbs hamburger meat
1 can of ranch style beans, optional
1/2 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger meat in a pan, pour off the excess grease and put to the side. Brown the tater tots in a nonstick pan and mash until it looks like hashbrowns. Salt and pepper as desired. In a separate bowl mix the cheese soup or melted Velveeta cheese with the mushroom soup or green chili enchilada sauce and the can of ranch style beans. Place the tater tots in a 9"x12" glass baking dish. Sprinkle the hamburger over the top. Pour the soup mixture on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake until the top starts to brown. Let stand 10-12 minutes and serve.
