3/4 cu cold milk
1 pkg (4 - serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor INSTANT pudding
1 1/2 cu thawed Cool Whip topping, divided
2 cu mixed raspberries and sliced strawberries
1/4 cu blackberries
1 pkg (10.75 oz frozen pound cake
1/4 cu orange juice

Directions:
Beat milk and dry pudding mix 2 min. until well blended. Stir in 1 cu of the Cool Whip. Combine berries.
Cut cake into three layers; brush with orange juice. Reserve 1/2 cu of berries. Stack cake layers on serving plate, filling each layer with half each of the pudding mixture and remaining berries. Top with remaining Cool Whip and reserved berries. Cover loosely with foil.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours. Store leftovers in fridge.

You could also use jams thinned with vanilla or matching fruit yogurt. You could use fruit yogurt in place of the Cool Whip, or mixed with it. You could use my fruit dip in this cookbook in place of the whip too. This is a fast and fancy looking dessert or treat suitable for "tea time" or "coffee break".
