1 and 1/4 Ib ground turkey
1 can of Spaghetti sauce
1 can (16) oz tomato paste
12 cup of warm water
1( 8) oz of wheat spaghetti pasta
2 tbsp of Shedded Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp of Shedded bits of Carrots (optional)
1 square of beef bouillon cubes or one pack of beef seasoning from a Raman Noodle pack.

Directions:

Cook ground turkey with beef seasoning mixed together over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Set aside.

Boil the Spaghetti pasta then set aside.

Next, get Ground turkey and stir in spaghetti sauce, tomato paste and water then add wheat spaghetti pasta until well coated.

Next, Bring to boil reduce heat ;simmer over low heat for 10 min. or until heated through, sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Sprinkle bits of carrots as a garnish.

It cooks in 10 min.
