5 oz baby spinach, chopped
1 C quick cooking grits
1 1/2 C vegetable broth
1 C milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
4 oz grated mozzarella and provolone cheese mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Bring grits, broth, milk and salt to boil, reduce heat, simmer 10-12 min.
Stir in garlic powder, spinach and cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted. Serve.
