Saute in olive oil: 1 onion, 3 TBs garlic

Add: 1 lb. swordfish pieces, browning on each side.

Add: 2/3 cups yellow, orange, and/or red sweet pepper slices
1 cup pieces broccoli
1 cup snow pea pods
Freshly chopped chives, parsley, rosemary to taste
2 TBs. lemon juice

Cook until swordfish is tender, but not overcooked.
