1 1/2 C Miracle Whip
1 1/2 C water
1 1/2 C sugar
3 tsp baking soda
3 C flour
6 tbsp baking cocoa
3 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Blend water and Miracle Whip in blender. Add blended Miracle Whip to remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 9X13 cake pan, 2 round cake pans or bundt pan. Bake 350º for 40 min.
