1 1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt
3 eggs, beaten
4 cups diced rhubarb
1/2 cup raisins
9-inch pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg, salt. Add to beaten eggs; beat smooth. Stir in diced rhubarb and vanilla. Add raisins, if desired. Place into a 9" pie crust. Dot with 2 T. butter. Bake at 400º for 50 minutes.
