4-4oz Fresh Tuna Steaks

Marinade and Dressing:

1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
1/3 C Olive Oil
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/3 C Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate, thawed

Salad:

1 (11 oz) can Mandarin Orange Segments, drained
1/2 C Thinly Sliced Red Onion, separated into rings
4 C Torn Fresh Spinach

Directions:
Directions:
Marinated the tuna steaks for at least 30 minutes with half of the marinade. Grill or broil the steaks. Combine the salad. To serve, divide the salad on 4 plates. Place the grilled steak on each salad and drizzle with the rest of the marinade.
