1 pound ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1 package frozen whole kernel corn
1 cup diced green peppers
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 cup Minute rice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion in skillet.  Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.  Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally.  Stir in rice, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.  Sprinkle with cheese.

How we do it:  We half fresh peppers; microwave the peppers until tender.  We then fill the peppers with the chili rice and add more shredded cheddar cheese over each stuffed pepper.
