Bones, skin, wing tips, neck, leftover meat and carcass from holiday turkey (save everything!)
2 cans chicken broth
1 large onion, chopped
6 stalks of celery, sliced
Noodles or rice
Water
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey bones, turkey parts, skin, and leftover meat in a large pot. Add chicken broth and enough water to cover the turkey. Add chopped onions and celery to the broth. Cover and simmer for about an hour or until the turkey bones are clean. Cool and remove bones and skin. Return turkey meat to the broth.

Bring soup to a boil and add noodles or rice. Cook until done. Salt and pepper to taste.
