4 pkg. frozen phyllo dough cups
1 lb. Bob Evans Zesty sausage
6 green onions, chopped
1 jar pimento's, diced
2 T. butter
2 c. whipping cream
4 T. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese - shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain the sausage. Melt the butter and then saute the diced onions - don't brown. When onions are soft, add pimentos. Next add flour and mix until it becomes a clump. Then add the whipping cream to the clump and continue stirring. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add drained sausage. Cook this mixture for 10-15 minutes until thick.

Fill the cups with the sausage mixture and sprinkle with the cheese. Cups can now be frozen for future use.

Bake at 350º right from the freezer until warmed throughout.
