1 can of pineapple with juice, any style
candied ginger
boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
put 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts in the crock pot on low along with the can of pineapple with juice and the candied ginger (or any other kind of ginger). The more ginger you use, the more of a ginger flavor it will have. Cook on low 4-6 hours.
