2 cups Warm Water
2 tsp. Salt
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 T. Yeast
1/4 cup oil
1 Egg
5-7 Cups All Purpose Flour
1/4 softened butter
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2-3 Tablespoons Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla

Add yeast to warm water, let sit 2 minutes then add rest of ingredients and half the flour. Add additional flour with a spoon. Add enough until smooth and elastice. Rise 45 minutes. Roll out on floured surface.
Spread with softened butter and 1/2 cup Cinnamon Sugar. Roll and seal and slice 1/2 inch thick.
Place down on greased cookie sheet. Rise covered with towel for 45 - 60 minutes.
Bake 350 for 30 minutes till golden.
