10 garlic cloves
3 tbsp dried oregano
2/3 cup olive oil
3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
juice of 2 limes
1/8 tsp cumin
salt and pepper to taste
thick cut pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Puree the garlic, oregano, olive oil, ¼ cup orange juice, lime juice, cumin , salt and pepper in a food processor or blender. Reserve 1/3 cup of the mojo sauce and set aside.
For pork chop marinade, whisk remaining ½ cup of orange juice with remaining mojo sauce and pour into zip lock with pork chops. Place in refrigerator for 2-3 hours turning occasionally. Discard marinade and cook pork chops on grill until medium. Serve with reserved mojo sauce.
