1 can of Mole (Don Maria)
4lbs of Chicken
1 can of Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/4 c of Sugar
3 c of Water

1lb of uncooked Rice
4 cans of Tomato Sauce (small cans)
1 Onion

2lbs of uncooked Beans

Directions:

Chicken and Mole

Drain the mole and put the Can of Mole in the pot, in the meantime, cook the brown the chicken.

To the Mole add one can of Tomato Sauce, 1 tbsp of creamy Peanut Butter, 1/4 c of Sugar, and 3 c of water (stir all together with no fire, turns into liquid add to chicken)
Boil or simmer about 1 hour (Low Heat)

Rice

Brown the Rice in a pan, until mostly brown. Then add the 4 cans of tomato sauce, and 3 cans of water. Cut onions to liking and mix them in for flavor. Let simmer for about 30-45 minutes until ready.

Beans

Take the two pounds of uncooked beans and boil them in water on low for about 6 hours or until cooked. Drain them and mash them.

It is about 7 hours all together, you are not required to sit in the kitchen for the beans. It takes about one hour to completely cook this meal. It is delicious and fulfilling meal for a big family. Enjoy.
