2 c. sifted all purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1/4 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 c fully ripe mashed bananas
1/3 c salad oil
2/3c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into mixing bowl.
Put unbeaten eggs, mashed bananas salad oil, and sugar into another mixing bowl. Mix well and beat with rotary beater or electric mixer at medium speed, until light and foamy.
Add sifted dry ingredients,and stir until well blended.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Let bread stand in pan on wire rack until cooled.
