2 c. chopped apples (peeled)
2 T. Flour
1 egg, beaten
1/8 t. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1/2 t. vanilla
1 prepared pie crust

Topping:
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, flour, cream, egg, vanilla, salt. Beat well. Add apples. Pour into 9 inch prepared pie crust. Bake at 450º for 12 minutes. Reduce to 325º and bake for 30 more mintues. Meanwhile, mix topping ingredients together, sprinkle on the pie and bake another 20 minutes at 375º. Total baking time is 65 minutes.
