1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 small can black olives, chopped and drained
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
garlic powder to taste
season salt, to taste
5 (10 inch) flour tortillas
salsa
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the filling ingredients (up to tortillas) together. Divide the filling and spread evenly over the tortillas. Roll up tortillas. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends. Refrigerate for several hours. unwrap and cut into slices about 1/2 inch thick. lay pinwheels flat on plate, leaving a space in center for a small bowl of salsa.
