5 Russet Potatoes
2 Cans Green Chilies
Ranch Dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 egg
3/4 stick butter
1 lb Cheddar Cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes in oven until soft. Cut potatoes in half and scoop the inside out into a mixing bowl. Add egg, butter, green chilies and ranch dressing (enough to make the mixture creamy) and mix. Add about 1/2 cup of cheese to the mixture, salt and pepper to taste. Fill the potato shells with mixture and cover with cheese. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
