2 lbs. flour or 6 1/2 cups
1 lb. sugar or 2 cups
2 eggs beaten
1 cup of cider
1 1b. of butter
pinch of cinnamon
juice of one lemon and grated rind

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything together in a big workbowl or mixer fitted with a dough hook.
Let it rest overnight in refridgerator.
Roll out on floured surface to 1/8 inch thick. Cut with shapes. Paint with egg yolk mixture and decorate. Cook in preheated oven at 350º until cookies are light brown (6-7 mins.)
