4 eggs
1 C vegetable oil
2 C sugar
1 C pumpkin

2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg

FROSTING
1 - 6oz cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 T milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 C powder sugar

Directions:

Mix the eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin in a large bowl and mix well.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, soda and all the spices. Mix well.

Pour in a greased pan/floured - jelly roll pan or large cookie sheet.

Bake at 350 - for 25 30 mins.

Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla - cream together until soft and creamy. Add powder sugar -mix well.

Spread on bars after they are cool.

Freeze well.

I got this recipe from a friend of mine at work - she use to bring them to our pot luck lunches. They are so good.
