1 1/2 Cup Dark Molasses
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Cold Water
1/3 Cup Shortening

7 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Allspice
2 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Decorator's Frosting:
Mix 2 Cups powdered sugar and 2-3 T. water, just enough to make a frosting that can be used easily in a decorator's tube and yet hold it's shape.

Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Roll dough 1/4" thick on floured board. Cut with floured cookie cutter. Bake 1-12 minutes on greased cookie sheet @ 350.
