2 bags (3.5 oz) Blast O Butter microwave popcorn
(Jolly time brand suggested)
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 250º

Coat bottom and sides of large roasting pan w/cooking spray. Pop popcorn and pour into roasting pan.

In another pan, melt butter, stir in sugar, syrup, and salt. Heat until boiling, stirring constantly. Then boil, without stirring, for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and mix thoroughly.

Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven and cool. Break apart. Store in airtight container.
Variation- add 8 oz. pkg almonds, peanuts or pecan halves with popcorn.
