1 cup milk
2 sticks butter, divided
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp yeast
pinch salt
4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick butter in milk. Add eggs, sugar, and salt. Stir in yeast. Stir in flour 2 cups at a time. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.

Separate dough into two equal balls. Roll each ball of dough out into a 14-16 inch circle. Spread 1/2 of remaining butter onto each circle. Using a pizza cutter, cut each circle into 16 equal "slices"

Starting from wide end, roll each wedge all the way to point. Curve gently into a crescent shape and place on cookie sheet, point side down. Let rise until doubled, 1-1/2 hours.

Bake 15 minutes @ 350º
