3 chicken breasts, cooked
˝ medium onion
1˝ tablespoons cooking oil
2 – 6 oz cans chopped green chilis
2 cans – cream of chicken soup
2 teaspoons chicken boullion
Tortilla Chips
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauce: Over medium heat:
Sauté ˝ onion in 1˝ tablespoon cooking oil in large skillet.
Add green chilies, soup, one can of water and bouillon. Stir
until creamy, add cooked chicken and simmer about 10 minutes.
(The sauce can be prepared a day ahead and refrigerated).

Assemble Casserole:
Lightly grease a 9 X 13 baking pan. Layer tortilla chips in pan.
Cover with half the sauce mixture. Cover with a layer of shredded
cheese. Continue with another layer of chips, then sauce then cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and the cheese is beginning to brown,
about 30 - 35 minutes. Serve hot.
