1 graham cracker crust
1 package cream cheese
6 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger

Topping:
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 taspoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups pecan pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º.

In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg; stir in ginger; spoon into crust.

In bowl, mix flour and butter; stir in brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs; stir in pecans. Carefully spoon mixture evenly over filling.

Bake 40-50 minutes; cool 1 hour. Refrigerate about 2 hours.

Store in refrigerator.
