CRUST
2 c Flour
1/2 c Powdered Sugar
1 c butter-room temperature

TOPPING
4Eggs
2 Cup Sugar
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Lemon Juice (fresh with pulp)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
CRUST
Mix flour and sugar
Blend in butter with fingertips
Pat evenly into a 13x9 pan, then prick with a fork
Bake for 20'-25' until light brown at edges

TOPPING
Beat together eggs, sugar, BP and lemon juice until foamy
Pour over baked crust
Bake for 25' more
Cool and then sprinkle with powdered sugar
Cut into squares
