1/2 cup Orange Juice,
1 1/2 tsp. grated Orange rind,
1/2 cup water,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
1/2 tsp. ground clove,
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Liquid (see flavors wanted if desired)
1 tsp. white corn syrup,
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 cups walnuts, halves or large pieces

Cook first four ingredients to soft boil stage, 236 to 240. Remove from heat. Add spices and walnuts. Stir until creamy, turn onto foil, separate walnuts. Let cool.
