1/2 cup Orange Juice,
1 1/2 tsp. grated Orange rind,
1/2 cup water,
1/2 tsp. nutmeg,
1/2 tsp. ground clove,
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Liquid (see flavors wanted if desired)
1 tsp. white corn syrup,
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 cups walnuts, halves or large pieces

Directions:

Cook first four ingredients to soft boil stage, 236º to 240º. Remove from heat. Add spices and walnuts. Stir until creamy, turn onto foil, separate walnuts. Let cool.
