1/2 c starter
1 c undiluted canned milk
1 c warm water
1 3/4 - 2 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp soda
about 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine starter, milk and water with flour in large. bowl; mix to blend and leave overnight at room temperature. Next morning add eggs, sugar, salt and soda and mix well but don't beat. Cook on a greased griddle over moderate heat. Turn when top side is full of broken bubbles and has lost its glossiness. Makes 30 dollar size or 1 dozen 6 " pancakes.
