1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
C chopped celery
2 cans (16oz) cream corn
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 tsp instant beef bullion(1 cube)
1 C Bisquick
2 T butter or margarine melted
tsp garlic salt

You can cook, bake and serve this dish in an iron skillet.
Cook ground beef, onion and celery. Drain off fat. Reserve C corn. Stir remaining corn, salt, pepper and bullion into meat until boiling and bullion is dissolved. Mix reserved corn and bisquick. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto casserole. Bake 20 -25 minutes or until biscuits are done. Drizzle butter and garlic over biscuits. Yields approximately 6 servings.
