1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. uncooked rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk, lemon juice and rind and set aside. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Cream butter and blend in brown sugar. Add flour mixture and rolled oats. Mix until crumbly. Pat down half the mixture in a 9x13 greased pan. Spread milk mixture over top and cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350º for about 25 minutes.
