one baked yellow (or white) boxed sheet cake in 13x9 pan
1 package instant vanilla pudding mixed with 2 cups milk
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 can drained 16oz crushed pineapple
1 carton cool whip
1 package coconut and optional chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
beat in softened 8 oz cream cheese into pudding mixture. Spread over cake, then spread drained pineapple, the top with Cook Whip and coconut. Nuts are optional.
