1 and 1/3 cups bisquick (you can use any baking mix, even the whole grain ones)
2/3 cups wheat germ or all bran cereal
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
2/3 cup water
¼ cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Mix above together, bake 15 minutes at 400. Makes 12 muffins
