Cranberry-Orange Bread Recipe

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel

1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 T. oil

Sift together dry ingredients; stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel. Combine egg, orange juice, and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring just till moistened. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350 for 50 minutes or until done.
