4-6 Pork Chops
1/2 c chopped onion
1 c. water
1 small can mushrooms
14 c. margarine
1 can consomme
1 c. uncooked rice with salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops. Saute butter and onion together until onion is cooked, not brown. Add remaining ingredients. Top rice mixture in casserole with browned pork chops. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350º.
