2 Whole Chicken Breasts (halved, boneless, skinless)
1 can Sauerkraut (16 oz., drained and squeezed dry, do not rinse)
4 slices Swiss Cheese
1 1/4 c. Thousand Island Dressing
1 c. Pepperidge Farms Herb Stuffing
1/2 stick Butter (melted)
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place raw chicken in a greased oval ramekin or pan that will fit one serving. Salt and pepper to taste, easy on the salt. Place sauerkraut over chicken and top with Swiss cheese. Pour dressing over top.

Mix melted butter and stuffing crumbs and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Allow to rest 5-10 minutes to allow it to set.
