1 head Cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli, Cook these two items till tender in 2-1/2 cups water, then add 2 cans Cream of ;mushroom soup. 1/4 cup instant potato flakes, 1/3 cup onion flakes, 1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 small jar dried beef chopped well.

Add each ingredient as listed, mixing well after each addition. Can be put in a bread bowl.
