2 #'s round steak
1/4 to 1/3 c flour
1envelope onion soup mix
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with flour . Place m;eat in 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with soup mix. Combine remaining ingredients in a 2 cup measure cup. Pour over meat. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave at 50% power (medium) for 25 minutes. Rearrange meat. Re-cover. MIcrowave 25-35 minutes longer. Meat should be fork tender. Let stand tightly covered 10 minutes to tenderize further.
