1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup minced onion
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/4 cup flour
2 cups boiling water
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix beef, onion, crumbs, seasoning, egg, and milk. Shape into 1 1/2" balls. Brown in hot oil. Remove and stir in flour, boiling water, 3/4 - 1 cup sour cream, paprika, and salt. Return meatballs to sauce, cover and let simmer 15.20 minutes. Serve with wild rice.
