1 Stick Butter
1 c. Brown Sugar
2 T. Maple Syrup
1/2 c. Chopped Pecans

5 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Milk
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt first four ingredients in a 9X13 pan. Slice French bread in 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick slices and lay over melted ingredients.

Then mix the remaining four ingredients and pour over the bread. Cover and place in refrigerator over night. Bake uncovered at 350 º for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving. Garnish plate with sliced fruit. Serve with ham, bacon, or sausage (umm, pass the syrup).
